The DHT ProfiCook PC-1039 gives professional and practical assistance in the preparation of meals. This electronic thermometer instantly and accurately measures the internal temperature of meat and fish. It can also measure the temperature of beverages, such as champagne or sparkling wine. This will help you achieve perfect browning of steaks, filets or other dishes. You can prepare a perfect meal worthy of a fine restaurant in the comfort of your own home. The thermometer measures a temperature range from -45°C to 200°C. It is made from high-quality stainless steel.  The units of measurement can be switched between °C and °F. Measuring the temperature is very easy and anybody can do it. The DHT ProfiCook PC-1039 has an easy-to-read crystal display with a blue backlit highlight. It is powered by three LR44 batteries. You also get a protective Silicone Cover and practical hanging loop in the box. The thermometer can always be ready-to-hand.
