Packeta is a modern and user-friendly parcel delivery solution based on an extensive network of pick-up points. The collection points are not operated directly by the central company. These are usually local facilities, for example at the nearest petrol station, convenience store, stationery shop, dry cleaner, restaurant or even perfumery.

It also offers a modern parcel tracking service, so you'll always know where your parcel is and when it arrives.

Packeta offers a quality and reliable alternative to traditional postal services. You do not need to sit at home waiting for the courier to call. Have your parcel delivered to the Packeta pick-up point nearest to your place, where we will keep the delivered parcel for you for up to 7 days. If you can't pick up your package during this time, you can extend the stroing period online for up to 21 days, free of charge.

What is the maximum size and weight of a parcel?
Packeta is a service designed primarily to transport smaller and lighter parcels. Great for ordering mobile phones, cameras, computer parts and many other products.
Delivery dimensions:
- Maximum weight: 5 kg
- Maximum length of one side of the consignment: 70 cm
- Maximum length of all three sides of the shipment: 120 cm (e.g. 50 x 40 x 30 cm package)
- Minimum package size: 10 × 7 × 1 cm
Is the value of the package important?
Yes. The maximum value of the parcel delivered by Packeta is HUF 350 000.
How much does the delivery cost?
Standard parcel delivery costs just 690 HUF to Z-BOX, and 990 HUF to Packeta pick-up points.
How long will it take for my order to arrive at the pick-up point?
Products usually arrive within two working days.
For how long can the parcel be picked-up from Packeta pick-up points?
You can keep your parcel at the Packeta pick-up point for up to 7 days. If you know beforehand that you won't be able to pick up your order in time, you can extend the storing period on the website for up to 21 days before the initial 7-day period expires.
Can I pay for my order at the point of collection? How?
Yes, besides the usual advance payment, you can pay at the Packeta pick-up point, up to a maximum of HUF 220 000. There are pick-up points where you can only pay with cash, while others offer card payment, depending on the business and location.
How do I collect my order?
- You will be notified by e-mail when the package is dispatched. We'll also send you a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
- When your shipment arrives at the pick-up point of your choice, you will receive a password by SMS or e-mail in order for you to be able to collect your parcel. If you cannot pick up your goods within 7 days, you can extend the storing period online for up to 21 days.
- You can pick up your package at the Packeta pick-up point with the password you receive. You can entrust someone else to pick up the parcel, as the right of picking up the parcel must be confirmed with the password. No ID or other proof of identity is required to use Packeta.
