As far as heat transfer is concerned, I think it is an excellent paste. Since I changed the cooler I can't say how much better it is than mx2 paste. But the temperatures have dropped above expectations.
It was quite thick, hard to squeeze out and it was not easy to spread it either. As nothing that a man could not handle, but compared to other pastes quite laborious.

High thermal conductivity, reducing the temperature by several degrees compared to the paste supplied with the cooler (in the case of my Ryzen 5 1600 it was 6 degrees) - the result is also a reduction in noise as the fans spin slower.
Harder to spread, alcohol wipes could be included.
