A ratchet is needed to tighten it, a screwdriver is not possible. It can't even be done with the side wrench, because the screws are recessed.
The tilt is fixed, it must be set and then tightened
The cable cover on the lower arm is falling off, it doesn't have a tight fit.

I have a bespoke corner PC desk and one side of the wall is plasterboard and the other ytong. I needed some kind of mount that could hold a 32 inch monitor and be easy to move. I found this product at a great price. Installation is not difficult and everything you need is included in the package. Use a 10mm drill bit. Drilled a total of 3 screws into the wall and it holds like nailed. The dowel screws were very hard to drive with a screwdriver, so I used a ratchet and that did it immediately and didn't shave off the cross end of the screw. The upper arm that can be folded down, tilt it when you have the monitor hanging on the wall, because otherwise it goes very hard and the spring in it on empty is stretched and the arm simply and strongly lifts. (the hardness of the spring can be adjusted with a screw). It is on VESA 7,5 and 10cm. My gaming Samsung 32 inch holds up like nothing.
Absolutely robust bracket with respectful construction
everything is included for installation, including fisher dowels (drill bit 10) and all necessary screws
cable management is simple
the adjustability of the holder is large and very simple
really great buy for the money
The wall screws have a Phillips head screwdriver, but due to the strong torque I had to use a ratchet to avoid destroying the threads. With a screwdriver, it's on the edge of feasibility.

I'm satisfied so far. I purposely bought an oversized mount, so from my perspective there is absolutely nothing to worry about.
Used on a monitor weighing 4.4kg with the possibility of future upgrade
Nothing had to be bought, the installation material supplied is really sufficient
specifically dowels - drill bit 10mm and hole depth 60mm
The construction is massive, it is probably a cast
The instructions lack a picture with ranges of the bracket - so you need to measure and think about how high and where to place it (=where the holes will be on the wall)
it is complicated by the fact that the wall mounting is not in the axis of the monitor
just a small thing about the screws - they are hexagons, but they have a pressed out cross (hard to tell if it's PH or PZ) - the cross is unusable because of the high torque needed to screw it in (hex/torx would be needed).
