Hello, thank you for your review. As far as magazine handling is concerned, this model has 2 ways of emptying the magazine. 1) Remove the filter and empty the contents of the tray under the filter. The filter also has a thread that holds it firmly in the tray. If it is falling out, check that the filter is seated correctly in the tray. 2) There is a safety catch at the bottom of the tray, when you press it, the bottom of the dust tray will swing out and you can empty the contents into the bin.

Hello, thank you for your review. This model is the base model in the Rowenta X-Force Flex range. It is designed for smaller spaces for proper household cleaning up to approx. 80 m2. Rowenta also offers much more powerful models that can clean really large households without any problems.

We have a dog and there's hair everywhere. I definitely recommend this lux- light weight, lasts a long time on a charge- one 3 hour charge lasts for cleaning the whole apartment, multiple attachments- adapts to the surface ( we also use on the couch and carpet), easy to use, low noise, lights up- you can see the mess. It's really worth the price.
