I don't think they're measuring the actual battery capacity. Measures voltage without load. shows the same voltage as a normal voltmeter. I don't think it shows battery condition at all. maybe I'm wrong, but this thing shouldn't be sold as a battery tester at all. The manufacturer made an ordinary voltmeter. Whoever made this doesn't know anything about batteries and their measurements. Or try and see if it sells. But maybe I'm wrong. I don't know.
